Facilitators in Training (FIT) is a semester-long program that teaches participants to work with groups to enhance group dynamics, communication, problem-solving and more using experiential learning and team building activities. Participants will:

  • Attend weekly meetings in the fall semester
  • Attend a weekend retreat
  • Complete 10 hours of shadowing
  • Co-facilitate sessions

FIT is offered in the fall semester. Participants who successfully complete the program requirements are eligible to become Leading EDGE facilitators and will have learned techniques for working with groups that can be applied on campus with student organizations as well as in future work environments.
