Please join us this Sunday for a free Qi-Gong workshop. This 1.5 hours experience of detoxifying Qi-Gong (Chinese yoga)  will gently help your spirit and body connect to the beauty of nature with movements and breath work.
Participants will experience a deep release of stress and learn how to integrate movements into the daily life to maintain a peaceful connection to nature, and improved health.  We will also explore how your energy impacts nature and vice versa.
