Quilting in the Library Innovation Lab

Quilting in the Library Innovation Lab Jeffery Downs, the Director of the Writing Center, has a background in theatrical costuming and has been a quilter for over 30 years. He will teach you the way he was taught—by hand!   In this 4-part series you will learn about quilts and fabrics, as well as how to piece and quilt by hand. We will focus on some of the most tried and true blocks, and, depending on how many you stitch, you can create a pillow, a table runner, or a baby quilt!   Supplies limited! RSVP to secure your spot.
