All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend any class. Our nationally certified instructors ensure you have the best experience for YOUR GOALS! Registration on IMLeagues is required to participate in all GroupX classes. We highly encourage registering before the class but walk ups will be permitted to register on the spot IF spots still remain in the class.
