Stressed out before finals? Please join us at Wild Basin for an afternoon of relaxation. We will be learning Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to decrease stress and negative emotions followed by a 45 minute yoga class. Warm tea and snacks will be provided. 
There is a shuttle from campus to Wild Basin. The shuttle leaves campus promptly at 10:30am and retursn at 1:30pm. Just enough time to still study all evening but now with skills in place to curb stress which increases productivity.
