Come join us for one hour of gentle and relaxing yoga on the deck of the Wild Basin Creative Research Center as the full moon rises. Class will be lead by yoga teacher and SEU graduate student, Chris Enders.
The class is inspired by the classical Sivananda Yoga tradition and includes a series of gentle postures, breath work, chanting (mantra), and relaxation designed to help calm the body, quiet the mind, and connect to a sense of deep inner peace. 
BYOM (bring your own mat)! Other items to consider.. a cushion for pranayama (breath work) and towel for asanas (poses).
