Most of these steps can also be completed on myHilltop. Upon completion, students can call to schedule their advising and registration appointment.

IMPORTANT: Advising and evaluation of credit will be based on the official transcripts received. It is the student’s responsibility to confirm the arrival of transcripts prior to advising and registration.

How are my Credits Evaluated?

Credits are evaluated by the Registrar and School offices. Evaluations of credit will be based on the major indicated on your application for admission. If you have changed your major, contact the Office of Admission at 512-448-8500 or 800-555-0164 as soon as possible.

What if I am Receiving Credit from another College or University in the current semester?

Students should have an official transcript from that institution forwarded to the Office of Admission at St. Edward’s immediately after the completion of the spring term. You may still participate in early advising and registration assuming St. Edward’s has received official transcripts for all credit received through Fall 2015.
