International transfer and domestic transfer students move in on Sunday, Aug. 18, prior to Transfer Orientation. International freshmen and freshman exchange students move in on Sunday, Aug. 18 in preparation for International Hilltopper Landing Day, Orientation and ANCHORS.
Incoming freshmen move in on Thursday, Aug. 22, before Anchors officially kicks off. Freshmen attending Orientation Session 6 move in on Tuesday, Aug. 20.
Returning students move in on Saturday, Aug. 24.
Students participating in special programs like CAMP, Athletics and FARM, should contact their program coordinator for move-in dates.

ANCHORS Day 1: Move-in day is the next step of your journey onto the hilltop! Get settled in your new community, then meet your Anchors Herd and end the day with new friends and your family at our Anchors Kick-Off, Legacy Walk and Welcome Block Party!
ANCHORS Day 2: Following some educational programming throughout the day to learn more about the resources available on the hilltop, enjoy our Welcome BBQ dinner with your family! After saying good-bye to your parents, you'll spend the afternoon with your Herd !
ANCHORS Day 3: We continue our educational programming to highlight how to be an inclusive, valuable and how to live well on the hilltop. We will also the Class of 2023 group picture!
ANCHORS Day 4: Following the Mass of the Holy Spirit, which is open to all community members, you'll attend one of our most important university traditions: the Medallion Ceremony. Then you'll relax and get ready for the first day of classes the next day!

Welcome Days is our opportunity to welcome you to the St. Edward's University community. You'll learn about new opportunities on campus, make new friends, and attend fun events, like Involvement Fair.

For questions regarding advising, course registration, and/or schedule changes, visit Academic Counseling and Exploration (freshmen) or the advising specialist in your academic school (transfer). You may also come to the open walk-in hours:
- First-time freshmen: Thursday, Aug. 22, 1– 5 p.m., ground floor of Moody Hall. All academic success coaches will be available.
- Returning and transfer students: Saturday, Aug. 24 10 a.m.– 2 p.m., ground floor of Moody Hall. Representatives from all schools will be available.
