Drupal content types can exist in two states: draft and published. A draft is a "page in progress" that only you and other authenticated users can see. When you are ready, you can publish your updates and everyone will be able to see them.
How to Create a New Draft
1. While logged into the website, navigate to the page you want to publish.
2. Click "New Draft" or "Edit Draft".

4. To save a drafts, scroll to the bottom of the page and from the pulldown menu change [state] to DRAFT, then save.
