[21 JULY 2021] Some CMS users have experienced an issue where they appear to lose editing permissions on pages they own. The root cause appears to be recent changes made to our CMS caching and the addition of a content delivery network. There are two ways to restore editing permissions. First, use a "private" or "incognito" browser window to log in and make your changes. The second (preferred) option is to remove old cookies set by our website. This allows new cookies to be set and should fix this issue permanently. For instructions on how to do this, please download this instruction sheet (PDF).
