Sluggish editing interface
[16 AUGUST 2021] When a Drupal CMS editor is logged in and attempts to edit a page they own, the editing process goes very slowly. Our development team is working with our cloud service provider to identify and mitigate the source of this problem. In the meantime, if you need to make site updates, be aware that any edits will take longer than usual.

[29 JULY 2021] Advisory for web editors: Some Drupal CMS users have experienced an issue where they appear to lose editing permissions on pages they own. The root cause may be related to recent changes made to our CMS caching policies. There are two ways to restore editing permissions. First, use a "private" or "incognito" browser window to log in and make your changes. The second (preferred) option is to remove old cookies set by our website. This allows new cookies to be set and should fix this issue permanently. For instructions on how to do this, please download this instruction sheet (PDF). If you need additional support, open a support ticket.
Status: this is an ongoing issue for some editors.
