Interested in meeting with us to talk about academic or housing accommodations? It's easy!

Call (512-448-8561) or stop by to schedule an appointment with a disability counselor. If you are an incoming student, we welcome questions about the accommodation process or specific accommodations at any time. If you are a current student at St. Edward’s, we will likely schedule an intake meeting to expedite the accommodation process.

The following are essential to considering your request for accommodation:

  • Provide documentation of your disability by email to a disability counselor, fax (512-464-8830) in person (Moody Hall 155), or by mail (3001 S. Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78704). Electronic delivery is the preferred method.
  • Attend an intake appointment with a disability counselor.  This is an opportunity to discuss how your disability impacts your college experience, how to obtain qualifying documentation and how the accommodation process works.

All requests for academic accommodation should be made directly to Student Disability Services. Notice to other campus partners (e.g. Admissions, Orientation Staff, Health and Counseling Center, Faculty) is not considered notice to St. Edward’s University.
