The South Congress Market (SCM) is located on the first floor of the Ragsdale Center. SCM is the main dining facility on campus, and has a wide variety of choices for breakfast, lunch, or dinner
All students living in residence halls must purchase a meal plan. Freshmen and students with less than 31 SEU hours must choose between the $1,400 or $1,550 meal plan per semester. Upperclassmen living in a residence hall with more than 31 SEU hours may opt for the $525, $1,400, or $1,550 meal plans.
Commuter students and SEU apartment dwellers may choose
an optional $525 meal plan per semester.
Commuters sign up for this plan in the Hilltopper Office
MB 212. Apartment residents sign
up in the Apartment Office, Community Building #1. (462-7700)
With all meal plans, the balance on the end of a semester
carries over to the next semester.
Faculty, staff and students can use Topper Tender in the dining services and get a 5% discount.

Meadows serves coffee and specialty drinks,
pastries, desserts, sandwiches and salads. Meadows is located
on the west end of the Ragsdale Center, and is a great place
to get something on the go.
Call the Auxiliary Services office at 448-8601 if you have questions about the meal plans.
