LBGTQ+ Ally's Training The LGBTQ+ Ally Training for college students is a comprehensive program designed to foster understanding, empathy, and active support for the LGBTQ+ community. This training covers a wide range of topics, including the importance of inclusive language, recognizing and challenging biases, and understanding the intersectionality within the LGBTQ+ experience. Through engaging activities and thoughtful conversations, participants will gain practical tools to become effective allies. Upon completion of the training, students receive an Ally's Placard, a symbol of their commitment to creating a more inclusive and supportive campus environment, which they can proudly display.
