Bill Quinn is a terrestrial ecologist whose focus is on plant physiology and nutrient metabolism.
Dr. Quinn has been on the faculty at St. Edward's since 1983 and he has taught courses in many disciplines at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Currently, his main responsibilities are at the freshman level in the biological sciences.
I endeavor to help students learn science by doing science, in the traditional classroom, in the teaching laboratory and in the research laboratory. Often, my research laboratory is outside, and my students and I enjoy studying ecological processes in a variety of settings.
