2025 Health and Wellness Fair

Event Highlights:

• Flu Shots: Take advantage of free health check-ups, flu shots, and screenings. The flu shots will be $50 for employees who are not enrolled in the employee BlueCross BlueShield medical plan. No appointment needed.
• Healthy Snacks: Enjoy delicious, nutritious snacks while learning about healthy living and connecting with your colleagues.
• Vendor Booths: Explore booths with wellness products, services, and giveaways. Some vendors will have merchandise to sell. Free 5-minute chair massages and mini acupuncture sessions, blood pressure checks.
• Prize Drawings: Enter for a chance to win exciting prizes! A limited number of t-shirts will also be available (sizes are limited).
• Campus Partners: Meet our campus partners and see what activities and programs they have to support your wellness journey.

This event is an opportunity to learn about healthy living, connect with colleagues, share experiences, and build a stronger, healthier SEU community.
