McNair Scholars Program: Open House / Application Help

Come to the McNair Scholars office, Moody 126 (ground floor) to learn more about the program, meet current scholars, and get help with applications. 

The McNair Scholars Program is a federally funded program for low-income / first gen / underrepresented students in grad school (as defined by the Dept. of Education) to support their ambition of pursuing a Ph.D after graduation. 

Scholars in the program are supported for up to two years through one/one faculty mentorship, paid research opportunities, and opportunities to publish and present at national conferences. Come to an info session to learn more!
