Ways to Partner with St. Edward’s
Engaging with and recruiting recent or soon-to-be graduates is a smart tactic for discovering fresh talent that may one day be employed by your company. Here’s how your business can collaborate with St. Edward’s to foster a more skilled pipeline of future employees and leaders.

Use Handshake to Recruit Hilltoppers
Handshake, the official job platform of St. Edward’s, is an easy-to-use, customizable tool for recruiting current students and alumni. Hilltoppers are well-versed in Handshake, making it their go-to resource for jobs and internships.
- Post Jobs and Internships: Customize your company profile and post current openings for internships, entry-level positions, part-time and full-time jobs, and volunteer opportunities.
- Participate in Job and Internship Fairs: Join more than 200 employers who visit the hilltop each year to recruit student interns and employees. Use Handshake to sign up and reserve your space at our internship and career fairs held on campus twice a year.

Highlight Your Brand on Campus
No doubt, there are students at St. Edward’s who are eager to know more about your industry. Increase your brand awareness by hosting an informal information session on campus that spotlights your organization. You’ll meet and network with a select group of students who want to learn about your company, industry trends and career possibilities.

Lead a Career-Skills Workshop
At St. Edward’s, our personalized education prepares students to pursue their passions. We encourage employers to join us in helping students enhance their career readiness and land their dream job. Consider leading a hands-on workshop that covers skills and coursework recommendations relevant to your field, such as abilities in communication, critical thinking, technology, leadership, teamwork, resume content and more.

Host a Career Trek
Give students a behind-the-scenes look at your company through our Career Trek program. Career Treks immerse students in real-life work environments and allow them to network with working professionals and learn about different career paths in business. It’s an ideal way for students to explore what it’s like to work with your company, either as interns during their time at St. Edward’s or as full-time employees after graduation.
