Welcome to Events and Conference Services, located in the Ragsdale Center, the community center of St. Edward's University.

The department provides information and services for the coordination of events and conferences hosted across campus including summer conferences. Our staff will work with each coordinator to assist with the coordination of an event and ensuring the necessary university departments are involved and/or contacted.

Ragsdsale Center is home to a wide range of services and conveniences including conference rooms, Jones Global Events Center, the Mabee Ballrooms, South Congress Market, a 24-hour computer lab, Meadows Coffeehouse and the Office of Student Life.

AV Support

Ragsdale Center staff is available to help identify and provide direction as to help identify audio-visual equipment and service needs. However, please note that due to limited staff and resources, although direction can still be provided, onsite staff support is not available for all events.

Ragsdale Technical Services primarily support meetings and special events held in spaces in the Ragsdale Center, on the third floor of Fleck Hall, Maloney Room, John Brooks Williams South event spaces, Ragsdale Lawn, and Ragsdale Plaza. Additionally, support is provided for signature university events. For all other events, should support be available, labor fees may apply.
