University Partner Housing

Eligibility for residence on the St. Edward's campus is limited to students of a university or other institution who are currently enrolled, maintain good standing, and are over the age of 17 at time of move in. Students do not have to be enrolled at St. Edward’s University.

Please note that campus housing accommodates individual adults only and does not offer options for student families.

• Double Room (up to 2 people per bedroom): $725.00 per person, per month
• Single Room (1 person per bedroom): $875.00 per person, per month
• $500 refundable security deposit and first month's rent are due at or prior to move in.
• Rent is payable through a convenient online payment portal. Payment is due on the 1st of each month, with a 5-day grace period.

Rent includes a furnished single or double occupancy room in the 2-story Casa residence hall. Rooms in Casa are divided into eight pods. Each pod can house up to nine students, and the residents in each pod share three bathrooms. Casa is a co-ed community, and all community residents share a kitchen, large living room spaces, and free 24-hour laundry in the facility.

Rent includes all utilities, Google fiber internet, access to the fitness center in the Recreation & Athletic Center, 24/7 security, and access to public shared spaces on the St. Edward’s campus including Munday Library’s learning commons.

Rent does not include a parking permit or meal plan. A parking permit is required to park on St. Edward's campus and is available upon request.

1. Complete the online interest form.

    Applicants provide basic information, enrollment verification, and identification as well as listing their needs and preferences for housing.

2. Each applicant must pass a background check.

   The background check cost is $19.95, paid by the applicant. Applicants will receive a background check link after their interest form has been reviewed.
