Signage and environmental design incorporate our brand in the physical portrayal of spaces across campus, in Austin and beyond. Like any other touchpoint, environmental design is an important part of the St. Ed’s branded experience.
A branded environment expresses who we are by using our brand assets, color palette, typography, core messaging and graphic elements. Whether installing a new mural or wayfinding, creating outdoor event signs/flyers, adding new furniture or painting walls, branded environment updates should be a collaborative process.
Each department has the latitude to plan and implement updates for its respective spaces. Groups and individuals who wish to make updates should reach out to brand@stedwards.edu to provide visibility and ensure brand standards are met. If you're in need of assistance, please use our Campus Signage Request form. In addition to adhering to brand standards, all branded environments should follow accessibility standards.
