The St. Edward's University community continues to mourn the loss of Brother Romard Barthel, CSC, '47, who passed away on December 7, 2016. During Homecoming and Family Weekend, the university will include a special celebration of Br. Romard's life led by Father Peter Walsh, CSC, Director of Campus Ministry. Br. Romard touched many lives. The entire community — including members of the Congregation of Holy Cross, St. Edward's High School and University alumni, faculty, staff, and many more — is invited to help us remember and honor Br. Romard’s legacy of service and education.
