First Gallery
The first gallery paragraph placed on a node is normal. We typically use them in Articles, but sometimes use them on pages and other content types.
Second Gallery
When we try to place two galleries on one node, the second gallery always looks like this. Instead of the gallery appearing with one photo at a time (and navigated by the arrows on the photo), the images are all separate, and stacked on top of one another. Like below.
