The Pavilions, a condo-style apartment building for upperclassmen, opened this fall. The residence gives an additional 446 students the chance to live on campus – and with that opportunity comes a more vibrant atmosphere on the hilltop. The Pavilions were designed with campus activities in mind: a grassy central courtyard is perfect for fitness activities and movie nights. Nearby, a sheltered stage beckons campus musicians. A glass-walled multipurpose room on the complex’s northeast corner is set to host meetings, yoga classes, career fairs and a dance party. In the evening, the glowing box of light beckons students on their way to the Maryhill and Hilltopper Heights apartments or the parking garage, inviting them to pause and step inside.
The apartments have two residence directors living on-site and 12 resident assistants (RAs). The Pavilions will also offer fully furnished apartment style rooms with a full kitchen in every apartment. Students will have easy access to our classroom buildings, academic support services, dining halls and coffee shops, library, collaborative learning spaces and study areas, fitness center, Health & Counseling Center and more.
