Apartment Living in the Heart of Campus
The Pavilions is a condo-style apartment building for upperclassmen. This residence gives an additional 446 students the chance to live on campus – and with that opportunity, comes a more vibrant atmosphere on the hilltop. The Pavilions were designed with campus activities in mind: a grassy central courtyard is perfect for fitness activities and movie nights. Nearby, a sheltered stage beckons campus musicians. A glass-walled multipurpose room on the complex’s northeast corner is set to host meetings, yoga classes, career fairs, and dance parties. In the evening, the glowing box of light beckons students on their way to the Maryhill and Hilltopper Heights apartments or the parking garage, inviting them to pause and step inside.
The Pavilions offer fully furnished apartment style rooms with a full kitchen in every apartment. Students will have close access to the Grab + Goat convenience store, classroom buildings, academic support services in Moody Hall, dining halls, collaborative learning spaces, the Health & Counseling Center, and more.
